The lives of Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) women residing in the diaspora have become more complicated during the last 5 years. Racial reckoning and awakening, the #MeToo Movement, Covid-19 Pandemic and economic uncertainty have resulted in increasing levels of stress, anxiety, depression and unfulfilled goals. These circumstances complicated by post-traumatic stress syndrome and adverse childhood events have resulted in increased rates of substance abuse, behavior health disorders, suicidal and relationship disruption. To continue to positively contribute to the economy and culture within the United States and other urban westernized communities, this subpopulation of women must receive support to actualize their aptitudes and talents.
Our solution is a comprehensive program designed to removed psychosocial emotional blockages that impede healthy decision making and behaviors (for relationships, career, health). The program is designed to support the restorative needs and unique perspective and experience of BIPOC diasporic women. Available both online (digital/online platforms) and in brick and mortar(platform-based) conference training/seminar venues, our program will help shed disruptive, nonproductive thought processes and behaviors that impede successful goal achievement.
